    Relevant Experience: Project Manager/Solutions Integration
    As Founder of RescueTrek Corp., Angela has researched and designed all facets of the company’s hardware and software products and services. She has designed the technical specifications to integrate various technologies in solving major challenges. Angela is a team builder and problem solver by nature with the ability to assemble and manage sophisticated technical teams in the direction of a common goal. As a technical writer and a UNIX programmer at AT&T Information Systems – [EDCARS Project], Angela co-wrote operations manuals for hardware and software developed by AT&T for clients such as Boeing, Hughes Aircraft and the US Air Force.

    Dr. Share's background spans technical, program management, marketing and business pursuits. He has extensive experience with military programs. Dr. Share's technical expertise includes modeling, simulation, all aspects of RF and microwaves, antennas/arrays, signal processing, algorithm definition, propagation (ELF through 60 GHz millimeter bands), installation, testing, system level design and mission planning. He programs in higher level languages. Dr. Share's has applied his knowledge to C3I, UAVs, radar, antennas, imaging processing, radio location, communications, electro optics, and reconnaissance.

  • Dan Stirling

    Engineer and Technologist

    Dan has been developing computer software and hardware technology for more than 25 years. He currently holds three IT patents with six patents pending. Dan's experience includes developing equipment for space, military and commercial use. The technology developed is for cable television graphics, machine tool controls, satellite telemetry systems, atomic clocks, military hardware, communication systems for wired and wireless controls and sonar and wireless communication for underwater search and rescue and Special Forces. Dan has been involved in a number of technology startup companies as well. He has had management positions in companies developing technology-based products. He has been a member of a technology committee developing standards of communication interfaces.

  • Firoz A. Shaikh,MBA, CPA

    Chief Financial Officer

    Firoz has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant since 1987, handling audits, reviews, taxation and financial planning for a diverse client base. He has extensive experience in multi-national accounting and tax set-up, financial planning and budgeting. Mr. Shaikh has worked with various start-up companies in the technology, education and trading fields and has laid their foundation for rapid growth. He has also created management strategies for a medical college and a charter airline company. He has experience in crises management and turnaround strategy. Mr. Shaikh has developed an extensive and invaluable network of prominent contacts in the U.S., Middle East, South Asia and Europe. He is very active in community affairs and good will efforts, while maintaining an entrepreneurial base of work.

    Senior Naval Engineer

    Extensive technical and project management experience with Navy, MSC, USCG, NOAA and commercial ships, and advanced hullforms. Recognized expertise with system integration, human-systems integration (HSI), developmental and operational test & evaluation (DT&E, OT&E), risk management, quality assurance, deck systems, UNREP and aircraft/vehicle handling. Familiar with USCG and regulatory body rules (including ABS SVR, NVR, HSNC & HSC; DNV and IMO.) Technical writing and still/digital/video photography skills.

  • Vassilios Damiras

    International Security Specialist

    Vassilios Damiras is a U.S. counterterrorism, homeland security, and defense expert. He has extensively studied and worked on various U.S. National Security issues, Middle East, and Balkan politics and history. Dr. Damiras has a BA in Political Science and History from University of Findlay, and MA in Political Science with the focus on the areas of International Relations and Comparative Politics from Illinois State University. He has a MA in European and Middle Eastern History from Loyola University Chicago. Furthermore, he has a Ph.D. in European and Balkan History and International Relations at Loyola University Chicago. In addition, he has graduated from the U.S. Combined Arms Center (CAC) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas U.S.A. Also, he has graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigation-FBI Citizens Academy Chicago, Illinois U.S.A. He is CEO of Geostrategic Forecasting Cooperation and International Security Strategist of Rescue Trek. Also, he is the director of Intelligence, Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Research Center. Dr. Damiras is a polyglot and fluent in Greek, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Ancient Greek, and Latin. In addition, he has received various awards from Academic and Professional Institutions. He resides in Chicago, Illinois U.S.A.

    Dominic is responsible for developing and acquiring two multi-million dollar/multi-year government contracts. As Director of both contracts, his responsibilities were to oversee the day-to-day operation of each contract. Continuously pursue additional government business while running current awarded contracts. Dominic has successfully secured two federal contracts worth over $4 million.
